Overview
TechVariable developed a Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) based project management platform for service-oriented companies named Seract. This solution aimed to provide a straightforward and efficient method for managing the entire lifecycle of a project within each client account. As a versatile tool, Seract offers the flexibility for organizations to design their workflows, assign specific teams to projects, and loop in clients to ensure seamless delivery.
Challenges
The primary goal was to create a SAAS-based project management and relationship management platform. The challenge was building a comprehensive, collaborative system allowing service-oriented companies to manage their full range of accounts and every ongoing project. The system had to facilitate seamless workflow management, multi-project handling with limited resources, and smooth delivery planning.
