The firm required a system to optimize its data collection and management processes, specifically to gather data from reliable online platforms and create Person of Interest (POI) profiles. TechVariable rose to the occasion, creating a system that automated these processes and optimized the company’s logistics.

Challenges

Knowledge Transfer: Building upon a previously created system required a substantial knowledge transfer from the in-house team. The client's busy schedules and limited bandwidth slowed the process and demanded flexibility from TechVariable to keep project timelines on track.
