Our Chicago-based client sought to develop a digital product to assist Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) that primarily serve underserved communities in the US. These centers receive funds from the government via insurance companies based on their service performance. We built a system that provides FQHCs with precise daily performance measures and allows them to track and manage patient care gaps.
