Overview
TechVariable partnered with a rapidly expanding AI-powered account intelligence platform based in Delaware. The platform offers sales teams account management and contextual intelligence to improve conversion rates. TechVariable assembled a robust engineering and development team to enhance the platform’s modules, features, and codebase while developing the product’s front and back ends.
Challenges
The project presented several challenges that required TechVariable’s expertise:
Enhancement of Search APIs: The team enhanced search APIs and created an autocomplete feature, a task tackled by highly optimizing DB queries, implementing caching, and indexing strategies.
Structured Data: The available data was highly structured, demanding the creation of a tree-based visualization tool for the internal DataOps team. This involved generating complex algorithms for proper data fetching and formatting.
Unstructured Modules: Original modules were tightly coupled and unstructured. Refactoring and decoupling were needed to improve performance and code readability.

Solutions
Data Tool: Developed a tree-based data visualization tool for the client's internal team.
Slack Plugin: Created a Slack plugin for automated collection of leads, featuring OAuth authorization, automated Intel notifications in Slack channels, tools to track and untrack user reactions, sharing of interactive messages, and customization of various Slash Command functionalities.
Microsoft Teams Feature: A new feature for the Microsoft Teams app was created, allowing clients to invite coworkers for quick reviews and feedback. A bot was also developed to handle basic product-related queries.
Event Tracker: An event tracker was created to track user reactions and satisfaction levels, helping clients fine-tune their algorithms based on accurate analyses.
Google Chat Integration: Integrated Google Chat with the client's feedback system, automatically sending feedback to Google Chat. This eliminated the need for the client to browse the platform manually for the most recent feedback.
Result
Increased Effectiveness: The Slack-friendly app improved the overall effectiveness and adaptability of the product, significantly boosting the client's customer base.
Internal Process Optimization: The DataOps tool developed by TechVariable optimized the client’s internal processes and reduced their workload.
